Hi,
Welcome to my blog :) I am a native of Eureka. I earned my Bachelors in Education from Emporia State University, and a Master's Degree in Autism from University of Kansas. I taught special education and 2nd grade in Emporia, before moving back home to work in the Eureka District. I taught special education at the high school for 4 years before moving to Marshall Elementary. Although I am and ESU and KU graduate, I'm also a Pitt State Gorilla Fan :)
My husband, Sean, works in El Dorado as a Real Estate Appraiser. I have two daughters, Taylyn and
Ashlen. They both play volleyball at
Pittsburg State University. Taylyn is a senior this year, and Ashlen will be a junior. My hobbies are collecting
antique treasures from estate and garage sales, exercising, watching Taylyn and
Ashlen play volleyball, spending time with friends and family, and just
relaxing at home. Oh, I also have a
brother, named Chuck, and a TWIN sister.
My sister, Mrs. Yoder, is also a 3rd grade teacher. Good luck telling us apart!
